  2. Divide Dough: Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape them into balls.
  3. Roll Out Rotis: Roll out each dough ball into a thin, round roti, about 6-7 inches in diameter. Use additional flour for dusting as needed.
  4. Cook Rotis: Heat a tawa or flat griddle over medium heat. Place a rolled-out roti on the hot tawa. Cook until brown spots appear on both sides, flipping as needed.
