  2. Divide Dough: Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape them into balls.
  3. Roll Out Bhakris: Roll out each dough ball into a thick, round bhakri, about 5-6 inches in diameter.
  4. Cook Bhakris: Heat a tawa or flat griddle over medium heat. Place a rolled-out bhakri on the hot tawa. Cook until brown spots appear on both sides, flipping as needed.
