Instructions

  2. Simmer: Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Adjust Seasoning: Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed, adding more sugar or salt to balance the flavors.
  4. Cook Until Thickened: Continue to simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the chutney thickens to the desired consistency.
