Who would have thought the best peanut butter cookies could also be gluten free. That’s what I came to learn one evening when I came home to the smell of these heavenly Hare Krishna peanut butter cookies transcendentally purifying my home. My wife Jennifer was cooking them with love and, once offered to Krishna, she offered me one.
A day later we were wondering who would eat the last one? She won, admittedly because she left two in the fridge. If I had eaten both of them while she was sleeping, she probably wouldn’t have made me anymore for a long time!
In all seriousness though, these cookies are delighful and easy to make. With them being so easy to make from scratch you really have to wonder why anyone would ever buy cookies from the grocery store or ever purchase prepared cookie dough for that matter. Homemade and made from the heart, Krishna bhakti in mind, how can you go wrong?
I asked Jennifer if I could add these to the site and she was happy for me to publish her secret cookie recipe so all devotees everywhere could enjoy making them for Krishna and serving them to His devotees. Haribol!
