Each dish is prepared with care, mindfulness, and a pure heart, making it not just a meal but a spiritual offering.

  • 1 cup paneer cubes
  • 1 cup bell pepper chunks
  • 1 cup zucchini chunks
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for brushing

Instructions

Marinate Vegetables:

  1. Prepare Marinade:
    • In a bowl, combine yogurt, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Marinate:
    • Add paneer cubes, bell pepper chunks, zucchini chunks, and cherry tomatoes to the marinade. Mix until all pieces are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare Skewers:

  1. Assemble Kabobs:
    • Thread the marinated vegetables and paneer onto skewers, alternating pieces for a colorful presentation.

Cook Kabobs:

  1. Grill or Bake:
    • Preheat a grill or oven to medium heat. Brush the kabobs with oil and grill or bake until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred, about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Turn Occasionally:
    • Turn the kabobs occasionally to ensure even cooking.

Serve:

  1. Serve Hot:
    • Serve hot with green chutney or mint yogurt sauce.
