  • 1/4 cup tamarind chutney
  • 1/4 cup mint chutney
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • Salt to taste

  1. Mix Ingredients:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine puffed rice, diced potatoes, boiled chickpeas, chopped tomatoes, and chopped cucumbers.

    • Add tamarind chutney, mint chutney, lemon juice, chaat masala, and salt. Mix well.
