Instructions
- Dry Roast Spices: In a dry pan, separately roast the cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, shahjeera, black pepper, cloves, mustard seeds, cardamom pods, carom seeds, dried red chilies, black cardamom, cinnamon sticks, star anise, mace, nutmeg, kasoori methi, and bay leaves until fragrant. Be careful not to burn them.
