  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1 cup cold water or milk
  • 24 tablespoons sugar or honey (to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend Ingredients: Combine the yogurt, cold water or milk, sugar or honey, and ground cardamom (if using) in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Adjust Sweetness: Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  3. Add Ice: Add ice cubes if desired and blend lightly to chill.
  4. Pour and Garnish: Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  5. Offer and Serve: Offer your Sweet Lassi to Krishna and serve immediately.
