Hare Krishna Herbal Tea is a soothing and healing beverage known for its numerous health benefits. This easy-to-make tea combines dried chamomile flowers, peppermint leaves, and lemon balm, creating a calming infusion that refreshes and revitalizes.   • 1 teaspoon dried chamomile flowers
  • 1 teaspoon dried peppermint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon dried lemon balm (or fresh if available)

Instructions

  1. Boil Water: Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a small saucepan or kettle.
  2. Steep Herbs: Once boiling, remove from heat and add the chamomile, peppermint, and lemon balm. Cover and let steep for about 5–7 minutes.
  3. Strain: After steeping, strain the herbs using a fine mesh sieve into a mug.
